Vacation Layaway Plan and Budget Vacation Options
How it Works:
Vacation Layaway PlansVacation Layaway is similar to layaway at your local retail store. You choose a Vacation Package or Resort Only or Cruise and place a down payment for each person and generally you have up until 45 days before your departure date to pay off your balance (60 days for cruises).
Bookings and PaymentsAfter you have selected your destination and agreed upon the provided quote, all that is required to reserve your vacation is payment of the applicable deposit. The balance due must be paid at least 45 days before departure (for bookings within 45 days of departure, full payment is due at time of booking).
Also, for certain holiday departures, (and cruises) full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. We reserve the right to treat the booking as canceled by you if the balance due is not paid on time.
Deposit Requirements
For Vacation Packages utilizing published airline tickets, full payment of the air portion of the package is required at the time of guarantee (credit cards only); for Vacation Packages using contracted scheduled air, the minimum deposit is $200 per person; and for Charter air bookings the required deposit is $125 per person.

Thank you for the info for Essence Festival. Do you have prices for hotels near New Orleans? We don't have to be on the French Quarter just near by. Maybe a Marriott in Metarie. I also wants package deals for Las Vegas in June. Thanks
