Policies
All payments are non-refundable due to contractual agreements with the hotel company.
It’s important to try to stay within our deposit deadlines. If you plan to fall behind please call us and let us know. When you fail to pay monthly deposits and you do not call we assume you have decided not to attend the event. In this case, your space can be re-sold for failure to adhere to monthly payment schedule.
Name changes are permitted up to 60 days before the trip.
The Hilton Riverside may require you to present a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

Hotel Confirmations will be emailed to all Hotel Only Guests on February 1.

Yes, packages are still available. You would need to pay in full before January 15, 2012.
